Return and Refund Policy
Damaged or Defective Lashes
If you receive any damaged or defective lashes reach out to info@gimmelash.com. Please include your name, order number, photo of the damaged or defective lash, this must be within 30 days from receipt date.
If Gimme Lash considers the items damaged or defective a refund will be issued within 15 days of approving the claim.
Incorrect Order or Incomplete
If your package was incomplete or not the correct order, please provide a picture and include the invoice slip. Gimme Lash will verify the order items and will replace within 15 days.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds unless product is defective or incorrect.
Returns
We do not accept returns for opened items. If you wish to return unopened items, please reach out to info@gimmelash.com with your order number and a photo of the unopened items. Items must be received within 30 days to be eligible. Please note we do not reimburse shipping for returns.
